Visit 5+ real repair appointments
Accompany the technician into real customer repair visits and see appliance problems in their actual home setting.
Learn the repair process
Observe how the technician assesses symptoms, diagnoses faults, discusses repair options, and works with parts and tools. Participate as directed by the technician.
Learn by being there.
Follow the work from the first customer conversation through diagnosis and the repair process. Ask questions along the way and connect the theory to real appliances, real homes, and real service decisions.
Training is alongside our technicians. It does not itself grant a license, certification, or a job placement.
